MIZU Sushi Bar

In July 2015, the first Japanese restaurant in the Tegernsee region, the MIZU, opened in the Hotel Bachmair Weissach. The hotel owner Korbinian Kohler won a renowned Japanese chef as head chef, who presents the variety of modern Japanese cuisine live to the restaurant guests in the new show cooking area. The overall gastronomic and design concept includes the combination of Far Eastern influences with traditional materials and the cosmopolitan lifestyle of the Tegernsee: light, healthy cuisine with local fish, reeds and fine woods as well as Asian-infused drinks at the restaurant's own MIZU bar.
